fields to store the information

Yes. When you create custom
data fields, you can choose whether
or not to add them to the registration
process. The default registration
interview for the Ultimate plan
has over 100 preset fields and six
main categories: personal profile,
spiritual, parents, history, education,
& history. Students are
not required to enter data in every
field to setup an account, but typically,
most do.
Is
my data secure?
Without a doubt! All information
is securely transmitted through
128-bit SSL encryption. Your group
administrators are the only individuals
that can access your information.
Only allow trusted people to have
an administrator account.
Can
I change plans if I find out I don't
need all of these wonderful management
features?
Changing plans is
easy. All you need to do is update
your Billing Profile, found in the
Utilities section of your admin
account, and the change takes place
instantly! Your account will be
prorated if you are upgrading and
the new amount will be charged to
your account at the beginning of
your next scheduled billing cycle. |
